This thesis introduced the design and implementation of electronic commerce system for intelligent community, intelligent community is an emerging housing estate, is a new social elements. Intelligence community refers to fully use networking, cloud computing, mobile internet and other next-generation integrated application of information technology for community residents. It provides a safe, comfortable, convenient, modern, intelligent living environment, thus forming a work based information, intelligence community management and service management of a new form of community. Intelligent community including "integration" and "service" two core concepts. Integration concept mainly refers to integrated community security, smart home, building intercom and other functions; the service concept refers to the services provided by intelligent community, such as community health, and community education. This thesis introduces the electronic system for intelligent community system that is a concrete implementation of the service concept.Intelligent Community Electronic Commerce system mainly provides community citizen daily consumer goods such as fruit, vegitable, barreled water, rice, oil, beer and drinks. These services not only tradition electronic difficult to provides, but also has immense potential market. Tradition electronic commerce consumer group are rather large, and the boundary of consumer goods are indistinct, while community electronic commerce has definite consumer group, community family. As live in a same city, it’s easy to establish mutual trust with the consumers, obtain agreement from the consumers. Business can push-off personalized services according to citizen consumption habit and consumer demands.This thesis introduces the development environment and techonology. The application system uses Flex and Java technology, MySQL as the database. This thesis describes the design and implementation of intelligent communitie including client information management, contract management, product purchase, business evaluate, business order processing modules, introduces s use-case analysis and mathematical modeling, and carried out testing. Introduces the process of uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) implements the compare price function, via analyse goods price, sales, grade, quality guarantee and business join time in the implementation procedure. This system uses BP neural network implements evaluate business grade function. On the evaluation of the business which purchase of goods functions, uses BP neural network method, through training BP neural network in matlab, trained a good network, then the trained network is applied to this electronic commerce system to implement businesses scoring function.This thesis introduces the research background, domestic and overseas current situation first, and then proposes the research significance and tasks of this subject, then analysis the system requirements, then introduces the two algorithms, then introduces the design and implementation of the system. At last, this thesis summary the system, and prospect the next work.
