THE display demand increase With useing the large size, high brightness, high contrast ratio and high definition, laser projection display technology is more and more widely attention and researched. But our country faced with the flat panel display industry core technology lack of industry status, prospective development with independent intellectual property rights of the laser display technology that is the realization of industrial structure and the only way of great-leap-forward development. So in this paper, we have the laser display control technology for research.First this paper expounds the current situation of the development of the display technology and direction, and introduces the structure of the laser projection system. Based on this, this paper introduces the basic principle that three colors, this paper calculated the three colors RGB white balance of laser power ratio. For key components of the laser projection system are introduced, with industry standards and international application situation, choose the semiconductor laser and solid laser light source as the purpose. This paper introduces several optical space of the modulator imaging principle, select LCOS light machine as the laser projection imaging devices, and LCOS driving circuit design, make it to a stable and efficient, color uniform no confusion and no flash purpose.According to the work of semiconductor laser threshold current, output wavelength and the stability of the output power for temperature very sensitive problem, based on the design of TEC temperature control system. Complete TEC laser thermoelectric refrigeration of the selection and parameter calculation, design the PWM drive circuit. Finally, based on DSP hardware system and the design of the system software, and the experiment.Ultimately successful completion of the laser projector prototype development LCOS work.
