A non-contact life monitoring system is an instrument combined with non-contact vital signs detection techniques, which can be used for real-time monitoring of the patients’vital signs. But the system is vulnerable to be influenced by interferences and noises caused by various factors. So, it will help to improve the Signal-to-Noise Ratio and accuracy of the monitoring system, and then this system will be used widely in many areas, such as anti-terrorism reconnaissance in a war, post-quake life search and rescue, hospitals and family health care, if effective anti-interference algorithm can be taken.This paper presents related research on anti-interference algorithms of non-contact life monitoring system. The main contributions are illustrated as follows:1.In this paper, the work principle and modules of non-contact life monitoring system are introduced. Through the reflected signals, which based on the modulation of physiological activities such as breathing and heartbeat, are processed, the vital signs parameters will be extracted by the system. The whole system is divided into three parts, signal transmitting, analog receiving and digital signal processing.2. Three interference signals and their characteristics of non-contact life monitoring system are analyzed, and the interference signals including the vibration interference signals the white gaussian noise signals of the system, the clutter signals scattered by the environmental moving targets, and the strong clutter signals reflected by fixed objects in the space.3. The LMS algorithm, such as FSSLMS algorithm and FSSNLMS algorithm, and the RLS algorithm in adaptive algorithm are used for interference suppression of related noise of the system, the RLS algorithm in adaptive algorithms is used for interference suppression of the clutter signals scattered by the environmental moving targets, and single delay cancellation in MTI is adopted for interference suppression of the strong reflection clutter caused by fixed objects. And then these algorithms are simulated and verified in Matlab.4. The anti-interference algorithms are debugged and verified by DSP platform of TMS320F2812chip, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithms are shown.
