With the rapid development of Internet technology and popularization ofinformation technology in various industries, finance has entered the information age.Currently, the fund trust business grows rapidly. The traditional fund trust integratedbusiness management system has been difficult to meet the needs of the trust businessmanagement in the new era. It’s shown particularly in following several aspects:Firstly, the existing fund trust business management system focuses only on capitaltrust business itself, but has difficult to achieve interoperabili ty and data sharing withother "Financial Information" of system. Thus it will be easy to form "islands ofinformation"; Secondly, the existing trust funds business management system isusually built separately for a certain company’s needs, so the common of trustbusiness will be ignored easily. It will result in overlapping investment; Thirdly, theexisting fund trust business systems are “application oriented integration” mostly.They focus on meeting the functionality, but ignoring the maintainability a ndscalability performance of system. So the maintenance cost is very high.In view of the problems of existing trust funds business management system, thepaper builds a new generation of trust funds management platform, thatcustomer-centric and trust plan as business lines. The platform combines cloudcomputing technology, including cloud storage technology and service-orientedtechnology, and is based on SOA core architecture and J2EE technology. The paperuses cloud storage technology to build a unified financial data center, so that the trustfunds management platform can work with other "financial information" subsystem toachieve data sharing effectively. It can provide decision-making for trust fundsmanagement, and avoid forming "islands of information." The paper builds the systemby service-oriented technology, based on "Service-Oriented Integration". The systemhas business norms and high reusability, avoiding overlapping investment and savingconstruction costs. Because of the SOA-based architecture, the system has highstability and scalability, and makes a good steady improvement in the systemperformance. The system maintenance costs reduce greatly.Currently, the system has been achieved in Hadoop-based private cloud platform.While tested in a certain trust company, the system gets the company leaders andemployees praise. The results of testing and application show that the platform can be effectively cooperate with customer relationship management system, trust andinvestment risk evaluation system and so on, achieving data sharing, and formingunified trust funds business management platform. The Use of cloud computingtechnology and service-oriented technology makes the business perform morestandardized, the coupling between modules reduce greatly, and the performance ofsystem upgrade significantly. SOA-based core architecture improves the stability andmaintainability of the system.
