As a new way of network services, cloud computing makes the traditional task processing in the desktop into the task processing in the network. It uses non-local or remote server's distributed computer to provide IT infrastructure services to Internet users (computing ability, storage, software and hardware and other services). Using cloud computing can change the traditional manual IT infrastructure supply,achieve the automatic.on-demand supply of IT infrastructure, save human resources greatly;At the same time, using virtualization technology cloud computing can virtual a server out much different computing ability, isolated virtual machine for different users, and these virtual machines can be easily distributed and recovered, thus greatly improve the resource utilization, reduce the maintenance costs.This paper analyzes the evaluation process of measurement uncertainty, takes the evaluation of nitrate measurement uncertainty with flow analyzer in water for example, to establish its calculation. This paper in-depth studies the basic principles of cloud computing and the techniques of IaaS.and on this basis, introduces an implementation mechanism of IaaS cloud, and in-depth studies the function modules, achieves the IaaS cloud Platform by using the open source software Eucalyptus.And studies Two of the Hadoop core components: HDFS and MapReduce.As the types of services that are provided by the existing cloud computing platform are relatively simple, by building Hadoop platform on the IaaS platform,this paper builds a cloud computing architecture layer service platform that provides both IaaS and PaaS services. Finally, this paper achieves a Web system to calculate the uncertainty,that uses Hadoop platform to achieve distributed computing of uncertainty. And tests the performance of the system to verify that Hadoop is better in processing large data sets.
