The Research Of Bus Transmission Characteristics Techniques Based On1394b Protocol

With the development of the avionics technology, bus has become the most importantpart of avionics system. Currently, higher and higher requirement of bus transmissioncharacteristics is demanded by high-speed communications system. In order to meet therequirement of high real-time, high certainty and high reliability by high-speedcommunication systems, research of transmission characteirstics of avionics bus has attractedextensive attention.1394bus is implemented high-speed transmission bus based on1394bprotocol. It will replace1553bus and become new generation transmission bus of aviationfield.In this dissertation, research work on transmission characteirstics of1394bus is presentedin four aspects:Firstly, based on research of1394b protocol, development status and characteirstics of1394bus is described. Constraint condition of1394bus transmission characteirstics is alsodiscussed in the dissertation. Secondly, the1394bus transmission characteirstics areintroduced, and three main parameters that influence the1394bus transmission characteirsticsare analyzed. Thirdly, mathematical model of transmission media is constructed according to1394bus requirements of transmission characteristics. Based on this model, the impedanceand the loss as well as the time delay parameter are deduced. Expeirmental analysis isexecuted on the transmission media. The analysis result is consistent with the deirvation resultof mathematical model. Finally, through the research of bus transmission characteirstics, errordetection of asynchronous lfow packet, fault isolation, communication sub-card pigtail accesstechnology is proposed from reliability, impedance matching, loss and delay optimization. Atthe same time, impedance matching and time delay optimization scheme is realized, and it willimprove the reliability and real-time of the1394bus signal transmission.Through the analysis of transmission characteirstics, bus transmission characteirsticsoptimization design scheme is proposed，and it can effectively guarantee high speed，reliableand stable transmission of1394bus.
