With the emergence of various forms of new media and "we media", more and more traditional media throw themselves into the transformation of the media form diversity one after another. The microblog developed most rapidly in so many new media forms. Numerous media saw the powerful advantages of the microblog and all kinds of media focused on the application of weibo.As one of varieties of media weibo, journal of weibo is a type of microblog which a journal office registered in some microblogging site. In the process of running journal weibo, what are the different characteristics between journal of weibo and other general microblogs? And what is the unique mode of transmission of the periodical weibo? Journal weibo, as a kind of mass communication media, does it have the spread characteristic of the traditional mass media? All above problems will be considered and discussed in this research.Combined with the above problems and consideration, Sina microbolg, the most widely used brand, is selected as the research setting of the object of study from so many weibo brands. During the research, this study will observe and collect data from15popular science education journals microblogging, about a70-day, namely ten weeks of observation and data collection. And in the later time, by means of integration and careful statistical study of the collecting data, the content and fans user research of journal of weibo will finished. And also the analysis of overall features of science education journals of weibo as well as the specific case will be done. Meanwhile, what kinds of influence will the science education journals, as the mass media, bring to their fan users’(the audience) agenda setting will be considered and discussed in this research.
