Along with the progress of science and technology are developing rapidly,in industrial and agricultural production, induction heating power supply becauseof its energy saving, good stability, high reliability and environmental protectionetc developed vigorously. The traditional induction heating power supplyfrequency tracking function, generally uses the analog circuit realization way.With the development of the integrated chip technology in recent years, the PLLCD4046chip microcontroller and the method of combining can realize frequencytracking technology, although the realization of digital frequency trackingtechnology, obtained the further development. But the technologies itself thereare analog circuit faults. Such as the high cost and control mode of complex,debugging difficulties, system frequency tracking performance decline andsystem upgrade of shortcomings, such as difficult. In this premise, the morereliable, more superior digital control method to realize system frequencytracking technology becomes the urgent requirements.According to the induction heating power supply frequency trackingtechnology in the realization of the simulation of the control method, this will nodoubt bring about improving cost, and impact frequency tracking accuracy andreal-time performance problems. In view of this, this paper design a set of morehigh performance based on integrated chip DSP TMS320LF2407A as the core ofthe digital control mode, this paper puts forward and digital phase locked looptechnique combining the new digital scheme to realize frequency trackingtechnology. Based on the theoretical analysis on the premise of, improved theinduction heating power supply of the machine design scheme, main circuitchoose single phase full bridge inverter circuit series resonance, and focuses onthe theoretical analysis of several common induction heating power supply control power way in comparison, their advantages and disadvantages, applicableconditions of the premise, choose the way for inverter power for powerregulation. To realize this frequency tracking common phase locked looptechnique principle, simplify the model and analysis of frequency trackingperformance, and then spread to digital phase locked loop linear phase model ofdigital phase locked loop, the stability of the theoretical analysis and verification.Finally papers on the induction heating power supply frequency trackingcontrol technology complete hardware and software design and for power systemsimulation to verify the design of the control scheme can realize inverter switchdevice trigger frequency can be accurate and fast tracking load frequencyfunction. Ensure the inverter working in power factor close to l quasi resonantstate.
