In recent years, the Internet of things develops very rapidly on the basis of the Internet, the personage inside course of study called it the third wave of world information industry after the Internet, mobile communication. As core technology, such as RFID technology, sensor technology, global standard gradually improve, and widely used, the Internet of things become an important research hotspot at home and abroad. Internet of things is based on the Internet, use of radio frequency identification, wireless data communication technology, constructs everything in the world by a network. The essence of the Internet of things is perceptual, and in the Internet of things system, realizing the function of this perception owe to a sensor network composed by cognitive node through wireless communication technology.It combines data collection, transmission, integration analysis into an organic whole, and provides the most direct, most effective and most true sources of information and data to support for the realization of the function of Internet of things system.So the control of the sensor network is the key to realizing of Internet of things system as a whole function. And key to achieve control of the sensor network is to realize the control of the perceptive node of sensor network. In this paper, the basic function of system for Internet of things node registration and online update is establishing a transparent connection in the relationship between the iot perceptive nodes and data center server which is to manage, maintenance and storage of node information, and provides the function that relevant data collection, storage, configuration, and software upgrade.This paper will mainly research on the following four parts:(1) On the basis of further study of the Internet of things and its related industry development background, present situation and development prospects, this paper analyse the problems faced by technical field associated with the topic.(2) This paper analyzes the function and structure of the whole iot perceptive platform, and design the structure of system of iot nodes registration and online update. And then develop the system application protocol.(3) The software system of data center server and perceptive nodes is designed, mainly include database design, data center server interface design and nodes’ database design, and functional program design.(4) The system function test method is designed and the realization of the function of system is verified by test.As a part of the project,which called"intelligent cities and towns iot perceptive platform development "researched by guangdong iot soft information technology limited company,this paper realized the function of iot nodes registration and online update system. Through the design of this paper, users can config ID for nodes by ID configuration webpage. Nodes registration can be done automatically, and update the IP information in real-time to the data center database. Node can test the update of software periodically and update the software automatically if neened.
