Firstly, JSP technology is introduced which is used to realize interface. In order to reduce the system development complexity, SSH framework (Struts framework and Hibernate framework, and the Spring framework) is introduced to realize system, and SQL Server2005database storage platform of the system.(3) Analysis and design of Big Plan Management System for Power Supply Enterprise. Starting from the big plan management of Power Supply Enterprise, to determine the functional requirements of the system, and its the big plan management module, plan management module, the master plan approval module, the module of the system, query statistics module and the basic information management module and so on six parts, and in the form of flow chart of system module in detail design, the security design for the system.This paper completed the demand for big plan management system. In this paper, the design of large project management system has been applied to the peaceful county Power Supply Enterprise, the application effect shows that the system has reached the designed originally, can effectively improve the work efficiency of the Power Supply Enterprise Staff.
