The mode of production is more and more depend on network in orderto improve the management of the production line. In this paper, I will present the networkenvironment to realize real-time data communication and Visual printer with enternet, and itmust be modified to prove its network feasibility.Through collecting the information amongthe Visual printer on the real-time system. And then The SMT production intelligence willbring into the network process and become more optimization, in order to achievecomprehensive management of production line.Finally, it create value for enterprises in SMTproduction to gain more profit.This research is based on South China University of Technology and Folungwinautomation equipment co., LTD. With the foundation of Automatic vision printer, I researchof the new networked motion control systems. Adopting new self-developed embeddedmotion control module, and using Ethernet communication technology, achieve real-timecommunication between PC and device and remote control.By using this technology,It willresolve the trival of software upgrade procedure. In the same time, it will overcome theaccuracy limit about the machine mechanical platform, and meet the needs of fast networking and the generation flexibility of industrial production. The Improvement about the quicknessof solder paste printer software upgrades and SMT operation reliability and stability will berealized in the future.Finally, the domestic electronic packaging industry will reach anotherhigher level.
