CDMA20001X EV-DO (Evolution Data Only) is3G technology standard of China Telecom. With the rapid increase of the number of users and the popularity of smart phones, EVDO network load has becom heavier, user perception decrease significantly. While the rapid development of3G data services, the competition between operators is more intense. Because of active thinking, high usage rate of new business, rapid increase, the campus market is the battleground of mobile business development. Study how to improve the user perception, especially campus user perceptions, is more important.(1) By studying the EVDO network structure, technical foundation for network optimization, the user perception rate and user expect rate, it gets the mainly reason that affect user perception and provides optimization idea for the optimization of EVDO network for improving user perception.(2) The research summarizes how to improve the user perception of drive test and complaint handling in everyday network optimization and analyses EVDO network optimization for two aspects of typical case.(3) For the current campus heavy load EVDO network with no indoor distribution system in a short time, cell split technology has been proprosed and put into practice.(4) By simulating user behavior testing, it researches the relationship between campus user perception and EVDO KPI. For the characters of low flux, burst suddenly and shot time in campus EVDO network, propose the algorithm of Dynamic Load Control for the Low-Flux in EVDO networks, it will improve the usage of network resources and user perception, and carried out the practical application of research, the optimization is effective.The research work of this thesis has great meaning for improving user perception, particularly to the campus users, at the same time provides a reference for the general EVDO network optimization worker.
