Research On The Techniques Of SCOM Networking In Mobile Intelligent Network

Intelligent network is a kind of control structure that can be built on any existing network and enhance the capacity of the original network, which is the additional network structure set up to provide new telecommunication services based on the original communication network quickly, conveniently, economically and flexibly. As a result of the success of intelligent network in fixed communication network, mobile communication network based on ensuring ubiquitous basic communication services is also introducing intelligent network technology to further provide various value-added services.With the development of communication network, the personalized demand of mobile intelligent network users increases more and more strongly, and the construction and development of intelligent network services need to realize various services developments independently without disturbing each other. Users can arbitrarily select services according to needs, without restriction. Therefore the communication services SCOM function emerge as the times require.The project analyses the SCOM net benefits and problems from the basic concepts and the main purpose of the application of SCOM technology. Highlights the key technologies of SCOM, summarizes the overall scheme of SCOM service and bill generation, and gives different nesting service bill generating principles after the construction of SCOM network. Finally, according to the principles, design and implement of the province’s SCOM construction, and the program and the service processes of SCOM are described in detail.The research results have a certain practical and creative, and have an instructive effect on the key point of mobile intelligent network. Meanwhile, according to the analysis of the effect of this project, it reached the goal of various services nested freely, and the existing problems are with universal meaning. Therefore, our study also has a very important reference value to the deployment of intelligent network in the mobile communication network.
