Stream Media Server Research Based On Godson Platform

Loongson processor is the high performance CPU self-designed by ICT of CAS, which rewrites the history.This paper focuses on the Godson computer hardware and software environment to achieve all the streaming media server functionality, through the Godson platform above performance analysis, optimization of operating system design, multimedia instruction optimized to achieve the streaming media services as well as the Linux client windows client platform following technical standards. Using the GStreamer multimedia framework playback of streaming media services, using openPGM as a framework for the transmission of streaming media services, and joined the fec, qos and other related performance optimization, server-side video files by reading, and then through the decoder to decode, then through the encoder will encode the video stream H264format, and then sends the encoded data to the client, the client receives the data, for fee data recovery, then decode display, through this technical ideas, and ultimately be able to simultaneously terminals simultaneously to achieve the250providing services.
