Analysis And Design Of Information Security For The Local Taxation System Of A City

The rapid development of Local Tax Information System engineering has become to improve the efficiency, business innovation and to carry on the reformation to the traditional work method as well as a major force in the recycling business. And with the Local Tax System dependence on information technology is growing, the Security Risk of Information are becoming increasingly prominent. How to strengthen the management of information security, and really build a scientific and effective information security management system to guard against risks, has become a major issue currently which challenge the Local Tax System services industry.In order to solve the security issues more comprehensively,in this dissertation, we integrate various security technologies, security products and security management to construct a comprehensive information security defense system. This dissertation is made up of six parts:The first part is about the importance of information security and research status and trend of information security in both abroad and domestic. The second part is about the basic security technology and tools, such as firewall, VPN, IDS, and etc, which are used in this dissertation. In the third part, we make a deep research on the Local Tax Information System which is used in a City District to grasp the requirement of security, and then we design a model for security. In the fourth part, we designed a solution of Security Management for the Local Tax Information System.The fifth part, the solution to information security which use some security tools and technology, such as Firewall, IDS, VPN, is designed for Local Tax Information System. In the last part, we summarized the experience which gained from the researches, and regards them as good references to design, implement and maintain new. Hope for the future development of information security in the Local Tax of a City.
