Online courses as an educational information storage and transmission of themain medium in online education occupies a special position. The quality onlinecourses online education has become a constraining the development of the"bottleneck" problem. Computer network the21st century as in all areas of people’slives the most widely used tool, is currently the most important means to obtaininformation, received widespread attention. Online courses will become a new field ofeducation and learning, teaching an important future direction of development. So theonline course design, organization and development has increasingly become the focusof attention. The main purpose of this paper is to study the behavior of the networkthrough a comprehensive analysis, Instructional Design for the network to open up awhole new way of thinking.Network teaching system is the use of computer software as a base platform, theuse of the Internet for rapid transmission of news, for students to better communicatewith their teachers to submit learning problems, but also to enable teachers to managestudents in the learning process encountered doubt, convenient release in the teachingprocess related documentation, which will help give full play to the computer in themodern education system should play a role. This topic can be said that a subsystem ofthe school education system, it is in the normal teaching work on the basis of moredetailed study on students’ extracurricular activities assisted in the analysis andprocessing of data through the system, the use of computer technology andinformation technology to simulate the process of teaching and learning activities,teachers and students can use this system for a full exchange. In this paper, the systemrequirements analysis and design-oriented development process at this stage to takethe structural approach, and in the subsequent implementation phase using a dynamicpage programming language developed ASP technology and Adobe’s visualdevelopment tool Dreamweaver. The thesis consists of six chapters: the main content isthe introduction, development tools, requirements analysis, system design, systemimplementation and conclusions, and gradually introduced JingPinKe web systemsdevelopment process. One of the key contents include: research background andsignificance of the current system and user needs research and analysis, data flowanalysis system to build a new model, design the corresponding data dictionary, theoverall structure of the system design, system design and construction of the database, the system user interface design and programming.Through this study, the network can be more clearly teaching behavior andin-depth understanding. This study for the development of effective educationalresources to help teachers organize and guide the teaching, learning resources andlearners to make effective evaluation, the development of effective online educationplatform has important significance.
