And the JAVA with thecharacterize of crossing platform has shake the world. Sun Corporation’s J2EE platformsimplified the server end multi-layer enterprise application development greatly by itsfine characteristic, already became the fact standard of electronic commerce website.Along with the unceasing technical development，MVC (Model–View-Controller)blooms from the numerous design patterns, becomes the first choice of the J2EEplatform. And Struts is the MVC pattern in realizes based on the JSP/Servlet Webapplication model. Struts has inherited MVC each characteristic, and according to theJ2EE characteristic, has made the corresponding change and the expansion. Struts alsohas become naturally J2EE the first choice of platform Web application developmentpattern. Main work of this thesis concentrates at:(1) Analysis the system environment of" the on line shopping system"， systemcharacteristics, and use what kind of module and database construction to realizing thissystem, finally confirm the development tool.(2) Aim at the above conclusion, use SQLServer,JSP and other development tools to realize each function module.(3) Proceed thenecessary test to the system and the summary to whole system and developmentprocesses.
