Throughinformation acquirement, processing and indexing, we realize the function of websearch, image search and BBS search. We collect the oil industry glossary and establishthe encyclopedic knowledge base. We develop the gatherer, processor, indexer andsearcher which make up the oil industry vertical search engine. The system realizes theautomatic extraction, directional and independent search, which improve timeliness andretrieval accuracy. It eventually forms a personalized and intelligent networkinformation searching tool based on natural language understanding. The application ofthis technology can solve information gathering and retrieval problems of oilfield LAN,which can improve the website maintenance efficiency and webpage query efficiency.Through providing "specialized, refined, deep" professional information and relatedservices for the specific requirements of oilfield, the professional search engine willbecome the most authoritative and professional information engine.The system realizes the automation of information acquisition, brings brand-newexperience for web users to search information, and allows users to find the neededinformation in the fastest time.
