The Research And Application Of Vertical Search Engine In Screening The Resume

In the face of the Web information resources,professional searching needs for a specific purpose is growing,so from that point of view,research engine of vertical search in the enterprise recruiting is important.Through the analysis of the specific needs of online recruitment,designing and implementing a resume for recruiters searching system to address recruitment companies in the face of mass resume data collection efficiency is not high,traditional search engines face the professional relevance of information retrieval problems,reached for the purpose of reducing recruitment costs.In this paper,we propose the rules of inductive learning generation.In the Web information extraction rule algorithm,we mainly use the overlay learning method in machine learning to realize the learning and formulation of rules.The basic principle is that by adding an item,To the position not in error,or in the process by setting a threshold,to meet the requirements after the threshold,and finally to meet the requirements of the rules for extraction.This article did a lot of experiments,make a detailed comparative analysis of experimental results,and comparative analysis with other machine learning algorithms.Experimental results show that generated by inductive learning extraction rules in this article has a high recall rate and accuracy.Using Lucene and crawler frame Heritrix open source kit development,according to the company the user's actual needs,and overall design of the system,presentation tier,application tier,and data tier respectively,can be well represented by hierarchical design and separation of the data,user management and maintenance of the system.Detailed design including the grab object design,system architecture design,and database design,detailed analysis of the various main functional modules in the system,including information extraction modules,indexing modules and learning modules.Finally each functional module of the system,the modules in detail implementation of object-oriented modeling technology,at the time of implementation of key code and screen shot of system modules,database access in the system were introduced.Resume search system and its application in actual recruitment,the system can provide fast and accurate resume searching services for the recruiting staff,and reduce recruitment costs,improve the efficiency of the recruitment.It achieves the expected goal.
