The Design And Embodiment Of Cai Management System In Sichuan College Of Architectural Technology

CAI Management System is a significant platform for ensuring the informationsharing effective use amongst college teaching courseware. Compared with traditionalteaching model, apart from its efficiency, stability and flexibility, the CAI provides morepossibilities in teaching methods. Therefore, the system has been widely applied inthose core education sectors such as teaching, researching, course development,high-quality curriculum construction, teaching database building and so on. And its textduplicates elimination and full-text retrieval technology have grabbed intentions ofresearchers around the world.This paper was part of the actual project for Sichuan architectural college andempoldered a courseware management system based on the text duplicates eliminatingtechnology and full-text retrieval technology by applying a series of programming toolssuch as Wing IDE, Python, SQL Sever database.The outline of the paper is as follows:1. The author conducted a preliminary investigation for the construction of thesystem architecture, applicable sphere, and basic principles. The system’s basicoperating principle, essential programming tools and mainstream technology aresummarized and investigated.2. According to the basic condition of the project and practical situations, thedemand analysis for the system performance was conducted. The system overallstructure, modular structure and database have been designed whilst the properprogramming tools were selected accordingly.3. The embodiment of the whole system was decided, which included the methodand procedure. The feasibility of the system research was illustrated by demonstratingthe stability and security of the system.4. The working procedure was analyzed sector by sector. Especially the duplicateselimination model, text retrieval technology and data backup copy technology havebeen intensively studied.5. A customizing testing program was designed specially for the system. By meansof simulating the real applying situation, the text for functioning was conducted.By the end of the project, we reached expected results. This system would solve the resources reassignment, highly effective and safe storing, resource sharing andupload problems in the current courseware in the college. The target of the projectresearch and paper was accomplished as the system would become a highly efficientintegrated resource pool.
