Today, information technology covers almost all the aspects of the oil industryproduction and management. It improves the efficiency of the exploration anddevelopment of oil companie, enhances the data collection and analysis capabilities, enhances the management level, reduces the decision-making mistakes, reducesbusiness risk.If China National Petroleum Corporation wants to build itself into aninternationally competitive multinational corporation, it must follow the pace ofinformation technology. So in the "Eleventh Five-Year", the Group had confirmedthree key construction projects, including48items. Operation Management System forEngineering&Technology Services, referred A7system, is one of the48items.And it is the most important project for the Group. This thesis, taking A7as an example, mainly introduces the popular open sourceJ2EE framework, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and their group based on SOA systemdevelopment framework. The framework has been divided into three layers, and wediscusses and practices the communication of data between the layers and integration.Combined with the actual situation of the project, we try to use SOA as a project guide. In practice, we use the IBM SOMA (Service Oriented Modeling and Architecture) as aspecific practice guidelines. Based on this theory, the thesis focuses on implementrole-based rights management control subsystem in this framework.Based on the waterfall model, this thesis has completed the design of the systemframework, the requirement analysis of the rights management subsystem, servicedesign, component design and database design, function menu design, systemdevelopment, system testing, etc., and achieved the permissions management of themain functions. Through testing, the system improves the Group’s efficiency at alllevels of the information sector. It supports flexible authority and hierarchicalmanagement. It achieves a multi-level permission assignments for such large-scale treeoil group rights management and distribution companies.
