The subject of the talent is the era of knowledge economy. The competition abouttalents has become the center of enterprises. Skills and professional morality is thecore factor of talent competition. Therefore, chinese enterprises, facing thefierce competition market environment, try to improve the overall quality of employees.Staff training is to improve an important way to exit their business skills and literacy. Inthis context, the enterprises need to build online system suitable for their owncharacteristics of the training system that improve training efficiency, effective controland management of the whole training process.According to the needs of the business about studying on training of fuzhou poweronline training, The main models is incuding in this system is as follows: online trainingmanagement, online exam, training business application and audit, information queryand analysis. Accomplishing five functions as aboves, we need to solve the keyproblems are as follows: modular development technology application in the systemdevelopment, the design and optimization of the database objects, UML modelingtechnology in the application and optimization of project development process. Todevelope this system, work to do are as follows:1. Systematic analysis of the purpose and significance of project development,analyzes the development status of related systems, determine the project main researchcontents.2. Analysis, inductive systems may be used in the key technology and applicationof the UML modeling tools and techniques in the application of the system design.3. The design scheme of system development, through the data flow diagram, usecase diagram, establishes the system needs analysis documents; system design schemeby using class diagram, E-R diagram and so on, to develop the project test plan.4. The completion of the system the onstage and the backstage code of eachmodule programming and the system tests and other work, and continue to improve thesystem.Through testing and running, the results of the system running are correct; It iskeep with the design goals and requirements of project and meet the Fuzhou branch of China CITIC Bank to staff assessment requirements. The enterprise can do staff trainingand examination of information processing with the software.
