This paper aims to solve the problems such as agricultural machinery’s working statusmonitoring difficulty in the farmland of Heilongjiang Province, because these are too manykinds of agricultural machineries and the farming area is too lage. Developing a real-timewireless monitoring system, this is composed of advanced wireless communication network,embedded technology, positioning technology and image monitoring technology. In order toreduce the positioning error, in this paper, the position information is filtered.First, according to the function requirement analysis this paper gives the structure of thesystem, and the working principle of the system. A perfect monitoring system usually has theunit which is responsible for monitoring task and the other one that is responsible for theinformation processing, also communication net work. System is composed by embeddedteminal which is responsible for the acquisition of agricultural machinery working condition;and PC software that is responsible for uploading monitoring information’s analysis andreal-time display; Teminal equipped with wireless communication module.Second, determine the specific scheme of monitor system. The stable performance andthe perfect hardware system with modular design make it easy for more system applicationrequirements and in the future development. The paper considered actual environment ofapplication system such as dust, temperature, humidity, vibration.programming, designing anddebugging hardware. Paper used OOP ideas in the software. A large number of the programclasses, this paper set aside program interface for other programs. By this way, not only didimprove the programming efficiency, but also it is easier for program reduce the complexity.Again, in order to eliminate positioning error, this paper established the mathematicalmodel of a farm machinery motion and designed the Kalman filtering algorithm. Through thevirtual noise put into mathematics model, it overcame the problem of weaken the effect offiltering. The simulation results show that the design of the filtering algorithm is effective andpositioning error will be reduced to [1,1].Finally, this paper conducted system module function test and the overall alignment,corrected system insufficiency, proposed further enhance the opinions. Test result shows thatthe system function is good and stable, the system has very important engineering applicationvalue.
