With the rapid development of modern economy, various high-rise blocks and bridgesdams are spring up, more and more new types of machinery and equipment come into being.However, these have the common safety performance indicators--earthquake resistance.Predicting whether the machinery and equipment is aging, the bridge dam earthquakeresistance performance is remain sound is important to the security of national life andproperty.In this background, a real-time system was designed to collect vibration signal andprocess the display storage. In this paper, it analyze the present situation of domestic andinternational development of the vibration signal analyzer, determine the parameters of thesystem according to the actual situation, and select the desired type of sensor and chip type.The paper’s main hardware platform is built based on the DSP and USB2.0interface.: theDSP mainly receive the of the signal of AD converter and process the FFT algorithm; USB2.0mainly realize the connection between the host and the DSP, so that the host and DSP cancommunicate with each, and the data can be saved to the host. The vibration signal istransformed by the sensor to an electric signal, and then transferred to the AD module by thetransmission of amplifying filter processing, thereby accomplish the transfer of the analogsignal.The overall current of the system is less than350mA, based on which USB power supplydirectly, no other power supply, with that we provide a convenient supply power mode for theexperiment in the external field. In addition, the system adopts electric charge amplifyingcircuit as the preamplifier, exclude the interference of cable, causing the system receivevibration signals more stably.This paper discusses design and implementation of the hardware platform and softwarecompiling, and the test results given in the fifth chapter of the entire system: the transmissionspeed of USB2.0can reach11MByte, and the program of the upper computer can bereceived stably and reliably. The test result verify the reliability of hardware platform and thecorrectness of software program successfully.
