With the in-depth development of the sustainability of China’s economicconstruction policy, establish the scientific concept of development,transformation of extensive economic growth mode, speed up the constructionof a conservation-oriented society, and promote conservation of social practice,the implementation of energy conservation has become the most important taskof the whole society one. Schools as representatives under the national systemreform, also need to be added to the ranks of the rational use of energy. Howreasonable allocation of energy use, affecting an important part of the wholeschool logistical work, mere human regulatory efforts have been far from beingable to meet the demand of the moment. The gradual deepening of the campusinformation technology, more and more schools are starting to focus on themeans of information management, more intuitive and the system of supervisionof school energy usage.Energy monitoring technology is one of the major advocate of theconstruction of campus information technology. Ministry of Housing andUrban-Rural Development Ministry, the Ministry of Education, Ministry ofFinance also grasping saving campus construction goals, to actively explore theresource management model to adapt to the construction of energy-savingcampus requirements, through science, operational management, resourceallocation rationalization and minimization of energy consumption, and guideschools to adopt the most advanced and effective cost-saving measures andequipment to minimize operating costs.This topic is a departure from the campus energy management perspective,the specific use of the means of information supervision energy essentiallychange advance energy management focus and scattered information.
