| The application of current intelligent terminal is becoming wider, and the number ofuniversity staff using smartphone or tablet is increasing, while the traditional office systemdoes not support the operation of the intelligent terminal, nor can it meet the processing needsof staff on business. Based on the above reasons, in order to improve the working efficiency,a certain university decides to develop an OA mobile system.This thesis expounds the flaws existing in the current office mode in the universities,which only supports PC operation. In the trend of the intelligent terminal gradually replacingthe traditional online mode, the current system cannot meet the management requirements.Based on the demands of faculty in the comprehensive universities, they are sure that the OAsystem needs to support mobile clients. The OA mobile terminal can be divided into a systemsecurity module, electronic document management module, network communication module,basic information management module, and personal office modules. Then using the way offlowchart had the detail design for the system functions module, and on the basis of systemdesign had the function implementation of the university OA mobile system. Finally, for eachfunction of the system design test cases, and in accordance with the system of the test cases,in order to improve the system further.The system is designed on the basis of J2EE platform and code implemented by usingEclipse, and mobile terminal system stores data in SQLite database. Since the current marketshare of Andorid intelligent terminal is over75%, and more teachers in colleges anduniversities use Andorid intelligent terminals, the OA mobile system based on Andoridplatform is feasible and practical. The technologies mentioned above have laid technicalfoundation for the implementation of university OA mobile system. Currently, the systemhas been applied to a certain university in the actual official operations, and it can meet theneeds of universities in management. |
