With the rapid deve lopme nt of satellite communication techno logy, as well as theflexib le and mobile of satellite syste m etc., vehic le-mounted satellite syste m arewide ly used in military and c ivil fie lds. The antenna unit and the co ntro l syste m areindispensab le in satellite communicatio n syste m, so it has great s ignificance toresearch the antenna unit and the control system of vehicle-mounted satellite system.This paper based on the research and design of mobile satellite antenna syste m.In the view of narrow band and low ga in of microstrip antenna, and the instability andcomp le xity o f ve hic le contro l syste m.I make a study of the m. A nove l microstripantenna whic h is based on periodic range high cylindrical a ir gap as photonic crystaland an improved PID algorithm are proposed. Meanwhile,On the basis of GPS,electronic compass, gyroscope and inc lino meter, Vehicle control servo controllerwhich’s control chip is TMS320LF2812microprocessor is been designed.Firstly, this paper ana lyzes the background and s ignificance o f the iss ue, and thecurrent research s ituation and deve lopme nt of domestic and overseas. Then somerelated system theories such as satellite signal trans miss ion, satellite TV, satelliteantenna classification are deeply studied.Secondly, us ing TMS320LF2812as the ma in contro l chip to design the hardwarecircuit of mobile satellite,the power supply module, system contro l chip module,motor module, sensor module and the phase shifter modules.Fina lly, the artic le focuses on the study and design o f microstrip antenna whichis based in dielectric photonic crystals. It constantly optimizes and simulates theantenna ele me nt through the HFSS software, and analyzes the simulated results.thento study and design the contro l algorithm, RSSI coarse a lignment a lgorithm and phaseshifting algorithm. Because of the nonlinear and uncerta inties in the process ofmove me nt.I propose an improved algorithm PID.The algor ithm adopts multi-modecontro ls,uses different PID parameters accord ing to different error range, The modeland the algorithm are simulated by Simulink and MATLAB, and analyzes the results..Simulatio n results show that, mob ile satellite antenna system is designed in thispaper is effective to improve each index of the antenna and the stability of syste m.Ithas strong feasibility and practicability.
