In recent years, more and more courses having been distributed through the network, remote education, E-Learning have gradually become the important means of lifelong Learning. Part function of teacher’s in network is hide, instead of the highlights of the learners’ autonomy, so the moment of adaptive learning and its systems become a boom. The embodiment of the adaptive level, technology, system model each has its strong points. Everything has double nature, enjoying the rich network of information and sharing of superiority,learners also face to cognitive-overload. A lot of information processing, excessive linked nodes, improper design, etc., will arise cognitive-overload, leading to insufficient. This topic will be make the learners of different learning content from the perspective of avoid cognitive overload, and thus to reflect adaptability and resilience.This study will, on microscopic, reduce extraneous cognitive load and the intrinsic cognitive load, at the same time increase the cognitive load. giving priority to learners’ cognitive load, concepts, the author designed strategy of content-deliverying. The main function of this research include the extraction and analysis of key concepts, screening and analysis of formative quizzes, the measurement of the level of cognitive load. The ultimate goal of research is to build a new content delivery strategy, with to solve the problem of cognitive overload under the lessons from psychology theory research results-cognitive load theory as its characteristics. As far as possible through the integration of the concept of cumulative quantitative forms such as complete adaptive push; to delivery learning material under the learning content of ease of lay, rather than only emphasizing the similarities and differences between learning content; And on the basis of existing related research, As far as possible to enlarge the investigation analysis of the formative test, measure the learners’ proficiency influence caused by interference.Finally the author develops an online learning platform with template library by silverlight technology and c#programming language for the practice. So as to provide the theory and practice for the design and development of network course, which enhancing adaptability of the network course learning, and conduciving to the late this strategy analysis of the feasibility and rationality.
