Management Information System is what we usually call MIS for short. With the advancement of science and technology, especially the widespread of computer and Internet, today’s society has become highly reliant on information, and the world is embracing a new era where no tougher rivalry could be found elsewhere than in the field of information management.The focus on computer applications has changed from massive data processing to large-scale transaction processing and workflow management, resulting in MIS applications based on computers and databases. Especially for ZX Group, which is a bidding agent service agency, the construction of MIS is even more crucial.Customer Relationship Management (Customer Relationship Management CRM) is a management concept, the core idea of which is to take enterprise customers as the most important resources. The customers will be placed on the center of the organizational structure, and a medium partnerships with customers will be established with the help of advanced manufacturing and information technology, as well as modern management tools.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) along with the e-commerce has come to China. During the transformation from the product-centric business model to the customer-centric business model, CRM is highly valued both in theoretical circles or in the business world. In this paper, it is found that in the MIS system of ZX Group, there are some problems existing in CRM, together with broad and promissing future.The present ZX MIS system only includes publish of tender information, selection of evaluation experts, presentation of final results, etc. The process takes tender units and tender merchants as the core services, including establishment of the relational database, bid evaluation proposed standard calibration and for the record, and so on. The entire process does not make full use of the MIS function, except that the tender information publicity needs to be in strict accordance with the implementation of the Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China. In particular, not enough emphasis has been put on the current customer relationship management (CRM).This article is to analyze the existing information management system of ZX group, interpret the shortage of management information systems in the fierce market competition, try BPI (Business Process Improvement) business process optimization and re-adjust the entire enterprise services and business process around the concept of CRM, re-establish upcoming corporate finance, business, publicity, Bidding and other business functions around CRM, integrate into the existing MIS system, in order to achieve the standardization of information and data, integrated system operation, businessrationalization processes and dynamic performance monitoring, management improvement continued; organization enterprise resources in accordance with customer segmentation, develop customer-centric business behavior as well as the implementation of customer-centric business processes, and as a means to improvecorporate profitability, revenue and customer satisfaction, so as to achieve the purpose to improve management efficiency and competitive strength.Finally, for the design of MIS, we made a specific implementation of countermeasures and supporting measures related to discussion, and ultimately dothe assessment.The present article will extend the application content and range of MIS, through the optimization of enterprise MIS concept, combining with the importance of management information system in the enterprise development, customer relationship management process optimization.The services management will also be enhanced. The ZX Group management system will have a meaningful change in the point of view of the global. This is conducive to promoting enterprise to maximize value, has a more far-reaching practical significance to promote the creation of enterprise value chain strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Due to various limitations, CRM management information system is still in its infancy. How to meet with international standards, is also one of the purposes of this study.
