the ministry of education released 《the education informatization development plan for ten years (2011-2020)》(Hereinafter referred to as 《the planning》),it sets the informatization development goals and tasks in China over the next decade,and points out that we have made great achievements on education informatization in the past,but still there is a big challenge. As the main bearer of education informatization development,despite middle and primary school have constructed campus information network and achieved internal and external network Unicom in different levels,and have a lot of digital course and the teaching resource,but informationization did not achieve the desired effect for school and student.《The planning》 put forward a series of development goals for education informatization in the next ten years, and include the corresponding measures and tasks.For example,it mentions that to speed up to improve the school education informatization leadership;Request to speed up the construction of school team,carry out management education technical ability training and education informatization leadership training,improve informatization planning ability、management ability and the ability to execute,and gradually establish a work standards and evaluation standard of teachers, and included information leadership of managers in the assessment standards.This shows educators have gradually attached great importance to improving information technology leadership of the school teachers and managers,It is an important factor to promote the informatization.《The planning》 put forwards the word school education information leadership,means that school informationization leadership is not independent of the principal, also including the other managers and even teachers, differented from traditional management.Principal is dominated in the development of the school,but managers and teachers all play their leading role,they together form the school leaders,Therefore,evaluating their informationization leadership is very important,it is releated with informatization smoothly or not, that is the subject of this study, the research on informatization evaluation system of the school informatization leadership. The study preliminary put forwards preliminary school informatization leadership evaluation system on the basis of analyzing literatures,and set questionnaire based on the dimension of evaluation system,finally,determine the weight coefficient of evaluation system through the survey data from investigation object:teachers and administrators,and perfectly the preliminary evaluation system.Thus, the main content of this study include:Firstly, literature analysis stage, the main content is analyzing the existing research results about informatization leadership evaluation standards,and divided informatization evaluation system into the principal leadership dimension and the teachers dimension on the basis of comparison for standards, and construct preliminary school informatization leadership evaluation system. As president and management team all belongs to the management, so we will be put team leadership and principal leadership into principal informatization leadership.That is the evaluation system is composed of two parts:teachers and principal.Secondly, the questionnaire survey stage,according to preliminary evaluation standard set the principal volume and teacher questionnaires, the main purpose is to validate the proposed evaluation standard, and according to the result of questionnaire to collect the appropriate modification. At the same time, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)to determine the index weights of evaluation system.Thirdly, in order to ensure the evaluation system more complete and accurate, with network or school related professional expert survey and interview method based on the results of analysis of the questionnaire to obtain the new weight by weighting.
