Design And Implementation Of Teaching Website Based On JAVA

With the development of computer and Internet, teaching transforms from traditional method to Internet method. It is a trend to construct an education website with computer web technology for modern Internet teaching. Building a web education system based on Internet will provide more opportunities for more people to acquire knowledge. This paper states the whole procedure of education website’s exploitation in detail, which includes demand analysis,system total structure design and detail design. System functional modules and database is complete after total structure design and the functional modules are perfected in detail design procedure.This system adopts in module design idea in accordance with practical needs and is exploited in JAVA language on Windows XP operating system. The system takes SQL SERVER2000of Microsoft as database management system. Main functions of the website are implemented in B/S structure. Students may view notice, scan tuition, download courseware, submit question, submit homework etc., while teachers could upload courseware, offer course, set homework, correct homework, reply question and etc., and administrator completes course information management, courseware information management, student and teacher information management etc.There are many advantages:firstly, the system is complete and easy-to-use owing to humanizing user interface; secondly, it provides three login patterns by authority division which improves the security of system.
