With the increasing matureness of mobile network and mobile technology, and growing rapidly of the number of mobile users growing fiercely, the requirement of stability and reliability of mobile network is becoming higher and higher. Facing the fiercely increase of market competition, any failure and fault of mobile network will bring a very negative impact to the operator. To improve the service quality, reduce the operating costs and improve the market competitiveness has become a heavy challenge. Calling testing system is able to carry out the scheduled calling plan automatically. It is simple, fast, and full-covered on current mobile network. Besides, this system saves person resource. In this thesis Design and Implementation of calling client subsystem are researched. My responsibilities include:First, introduce the developing history and current status of calling testing system and analyze the customer requirements, system architecture, functions and calling client subsystem.Next I analyze the actual requirements of calling client subsystem-the base function system of the whole calling testing system. And introduce the architecture design of this subsystem, including network topology and software architecture. According to the function analyzing, calling client is separated to different modulesauthority checking, plan obtaining, task analyzing and scheduling, device management and task execution, logging management and alarming, data storing management. At the same time, introduce the method of communication with other subsystems, such as the library of accessing serials, communication port identities and how to open and close, controlling of serials and the process of event listening.At last, test calling client via scheduled task plans. Voice calling, SMS and data services are included in the test cases, which covering all networks and application scenarios of the branch in this province. Via the results in data center, verify whether the calling tasks execute properly and completely or not. The test results validate that the calling client to match the design requirements.This thesis states the design and implement of calling client subsystem in a calling testing system. Beginning with the requirement design and function architecture, explain the importance of calling client subsystem. It is the base of the calling testing system and data source of following other subsystems, so it is indispensable for the whole system.
