Photoelectric Properties Testing System Research Of The Infrared Detector

With the development of times, our life has been changed a lot and this kind of advanced product--the infrared detector has been recognized by more and more people. Except by the application in the military field, the infrared detector has been applied in our life extensively. So, to understand every performance of the infrared detector and to develop more quality of it also becomes the main focus of people.This paper has designed the test system of the infrared detector. It is not only overall design the test system, but also designs the experiment equipment and the measurement scheme. So that people can establish the photoelectric properties testing system of the infrared detector. This kind of system can measure the dark current, quantum efficiency, frequency response, and also can measure the curve of the infrared detector quantum efficiency changing with the wavelength, we get the measured value closely to the theoretical value. The new test system of the infrared detector designed in this paper can test many kinds of photoelectric performance parameters, test data can help us to understand the performance of the infrared detector, and choose the more suitable infrared detector, so as to improve the overall performance of the infrared detection system.
