It is well known that Hysteresis is a common phenomenon in the petrochemical such as liquid transport、gas transportation and many other complex industrial manufacturing process the pure delay processing has been a popular research directions in the industrial control, and our usually used control methods such as PID control, Smith Predictor control, Dalin algorithm processing delay system, fail to achieve satisfactory control effect always.This paper, main research DMC predictive control algorithm delay system.after a comprehensive analysis of a delay system control method based on the model of pure hysteresis characteristics of the single volume and dual Capacities Water Tank. DMC predictive control algorithm has establish a convenient system model, a simple structure, less computation, etc. DMC predictive control algorithm applied to the pure time delay control system which simulation results show that, relative to the PID control, Smith predictor compensation control, Dalin control algorithm, DMC predictive control algorithm significantly improved performance of the system, making the system reaches a steady time faster, and it is better rejection suppression of the overshoot of the system, overall performance is superior, and further discusses improved predictive control algorithm for time delay system interference problem, to verify the feasibility of the algorithm through simulation, improved DMC predictive control algorithm in the ability to suppress interference aspects, studies have shown that DMC predictive control algorithm has a wide range of industrial application prospects in the future.
