This paper discusses the basic principle of optical fiber current sensor, the detection principle, detecting system and the classification of optical fiber current sensor. In contrast with the foreign fiber current sensor, the author analyzes the reasons of backward domestic fiber-optic current sensor. At the same time, this paper theoretically analyzes various influences of optical fiber current sensor made by the detection, and provides a whole design project for the optical fiber current sensor and conducts a preliminary experimental study.Based on the analysis of the inherent problems existing in present domestic optical fiber current sensor in this paper, the author also puts forward the design scheme. Including the optical system and digital signal processing portion of the optical fiber current sensor, the optical system design mainly includes the design of laser driving circuit, optical path optimization, λ/4wave plate phase delayer and the design of the phase modulator. Signal processing design includes a dual high-speed A/D sampling design, pre-amplification electric circuit design and filter design.By the related experimental design of the optical system and digital signal processing of optical fiber current sensor, four groups of data have been tested. The author also analyzes error result in the test and elaborates the next step of work. |
