With the raise of society and the elevation of living standard, angiocardiopathy has been one of the major killers, which has a torturing influence on people’s living quality. Cerebral infarction is the initial disease of angiocardiopathy. A lot of studies have found that there is a definite relationship between EEG and ECG. A mass of data shows that cerebral infarction is often marked by the changing of both EEG and ECG. That reveals the contact between cerebral infarction and angiocardiopathy. With the development of information technology, connection rule mining has been applied in medical treatment to test diseases, but not cerebral infarction yet. We argue that if we can engage connection rule mining technology to dig out the connection between EEG and ECG when cerebral infarction occurs, the diagnosis accuracy and efficiency of cerebral infarction will be heighten greatly.This topic firstly collected by laser irradiation and laser irradiation after cerebral infarction in rats EEG and ECG signal processing.and then a large of number signal data can be stored in database. Lastly Combined with the VC++software programming before and after the change in the signal contrast. So in the end the correlation between brain infarction EEG and ECG must been found out, and analyze algorithms take advantage of a variety of association rules. In the end the best treatment effect associated method will be found. The relation of EEG and ECG is more clearly, and it will improve the efficiency of disease.
