This paper is based on the biological electrical signals emerged in the course of massage, regarding basic massage technique of rolling method and palm method as the research objects.we collected the sEMG signals from main muscle groups, and analyzed sEMG signals with the use of linear and nonlinear analysis method, exacting the main characteristics of the representation of massage technique to establish an expert database and to evaluate students’ level, and last gave the feedback results. Firstly we set up the data collection platform, when massage therapists were performing massage operation in the pressure distribution test platform, we recorded synchronously the sEMG signal of main muscle groups using the surface electromyography signal system, and preprocessed the signal to reduce the error and noise interference. Secondly, we mainly used of wavelet transform and chaos algorithm to analyze the collected data, then got strength, uniformity, softy and so on to characterize by massage technique characteristics, and established the feature database of expert massage technique. Finally, by acquiring the students massage technique data and extracting relevant features, we compared with expert database, and obtained the deviation to guide students. The experimental results show that the extracted features method of massage in this paper can be a very utilize method to represent the performance of massage manipulation, and lay the foundation in order to further establish feedback systems of massage technique evaluation.
