Row feed assembly is an important part of antenna and feed system for an airborne radar. It is made of precision parts with thin walls and assembled by brazing. It is difficult to manufacture for its complex manufacturing technology. The quality of row feed assembly directly influences the power distribute and electromagnetic energy loss of antenna and feed system.This paper discussed the structure and technology characteristics of row feed assembly, rough material selection, high speed cutting of precision part with thin walls, precision assembling, the process of salt bath brazing, quality check after brazing, the location hole drilling of waveguide flange and so on, based on the key steps of its manufacturing technology process. This research solved the difficulties in the cutting of precision part with thin walls, precision assembling and brazing with small deformation of raw feed assembly, location hole manufacturing of twin-waveguide flange. The research result was applied to some products, realizing the mass production of row feed assembly and promoting good benefits.
