The medical thermal imaging technology is a non-destructive technique by observing the skin surface temperature distribution collected by a infrared camera, then determining whether the tissue lesions. However, it can not visually display the distribution of the abnormal tissue and obtain the information of the abnormal tissue accurately. Therefore, It is necessary to further study the relationship between the inner heat source information and the surface temperature distribution.In order to effectively get the information of the inner abnormal heat, on the basis of biological heat transfer theory, we establish heat transfer models with different types of heat sources. Taking into account the heat transfer between organizational boundaries and the environment, we solve equations to acquire the relationship between the inner heat source information and the surface temperature distribution. Then, we simulate and analyze the heat transfer process and the surface temperature distribution of these two models through finite element analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics respectively. Thus we can establish the bionic spherical abnormal heat transfer model which is corresponded to reality.Secondly, according to the established model, we analyze the effect, which is verified by physical experiments, for the surface temperature distribution of different heat source parameters respectively. Therefore we can dynamically monitor the abnormal heat internal through changes of the surface temperature distribution. Finally, we use COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the bionic spherical abnormal heat transfer model to obtain the surface temperature distribution, then solving equations for the heat of the depth, size and temperature by the isotherms divided method. At the same time, we use the thermal imager to collect the surface temperature distribution of solid model to obtain heat information by the same method. Then we compare the inner abnormal heat information coming from the analysis of the entity model and the information coming from the analysis of simulation with the actual respectively, both the results and the actual error in millimeter.The results show that under changes of the surface temperature distribution curve and the corresponding normalized curve, we can initially determine internal abnormal heat source changes, so as to achieve the purpose of dynamical monitor; we can solve the spherical source model by the isotherms divided method to position the abnormal heat accurately.
