Design And Implementation Of Overall Unit Training Management System

It’s widely accepted that the importance of employees’training in the management and development of human resource, and it’s vital to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise and knowledge and skills of the employees.With the development of the computer and information technology,informationization has become a kind of trend, all kinds of organizations and companies comprehensively deployed the computer information management system in their training program. To build an advanced and perfect training management system lead the training of the enterprise to Systematization,standardization, automation, so as to improve the efficiency of the enterprise training management.The training management system of Institute of Aerospace system is based on the requirement of overall process management, and adopted the object-oriented analysis and design method, the system design include software architecture, database logic, integrated interface and deployment model.The system adopts hierarchical architecture, including training demand management, training plan management, training resources management, training implementation management, training record management and training evaluation management functions, with individualized user interface and perfect interface, reached the design requirements.This paper apply the design and realization of the training management system of Institute of Aerospace system as background discussed the key technical issues in system design such as SSH-MVC framework, Portal technology, data synchronization and timing task, described the system requirements analysis and design and realization of the part of training management system module.
