The Design And Implementation Of Driving School Management System Based On ASP

The current society has already come into the information age, and the driving school management should follow the trend and improve office efficiency. The paper-based record management remains common in driving schools, but it is inefficient and inconvenient to be found and mistakes are easy to be made. In order to solve the above problem better, the dissertation designs and implements the driving school management system based on ASP, which can improve management efficiency of driving schools and have a promising future in application. From the standpoint of driving school, digitalization will become necessary for construction, from the perspective of design principles and techniques, information construction has become an indispensable means of driving school management.The systems now primarily uses multilayer technology development, which is divided into the data tier, middle tier, logical functions and interface presentation layer. The system uses ASP and SQL Server databases to do the development in the form of B/S mode, and the client needs only IE browser or compatible browser. It connects the database by ADO technology, and the development of system uses Dreamweaver software.The system is object-oriented when doing the design and development on role unit, and it has five roles:tourists, students, staff, coaches and administrators. Tourists need not log on; the other roles have to log on the system to use the corresponding function. Through the system, tourists will mainly browse information; students will obtain training time, test time, make-up time and performance, etc.; staff can add work logs, manage students and vehicles; coaches are special, who will add logs and record students learning; administrators will manage the staff and coach, and will manage the accounts as roles of the highest authority. The system is designed in units of the different roles and with different permissions to the different roles. The different users have their own home page after logging on, which has the menu structure for listing functions with an explorer style. In addition, the system uses software engineering ideas; the development process includes the requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, system test. The database undergoes the conceptual design and logic design to achieve the store of data proceedingly.The users of the driving school management system designed by this thesis can log in anytime, anywhere with the connection of internet, can achieve online and completely paperless office, enhance the efficiency of information flow, improve office efficiency for driving school staff and the level of management information. It is worthy of adoption and spread.
