Advertising business is one of the key businesses of the TV media marketoperations. Especially at this stage, television advertising becomes the most importantor the only source of income. With the rapid development of the television advertisingbusiness, it is facing many challenges: critical business data has become the lifebloodof survival and the valuable resources of enterprise, so the data storage and securityissues become increasingly prominent; how to effectively carry out the advertisingbusiness, and sales collaboration can improve the company’s productivity, marketcompetitiveness and the ability to grasp the business opportunities.In this thesis, based on technologies such as network security, data security, andbusiness modeling, a television advertising business management platform isestablished, to plan and design the business collaboration, with integration of thescientific management and sales models. The advertising business process is regulatedto achieve secure data storage and harmonious business collaboration. Furthermore,the level of data management increases and the competitiveness of enterprisesenhance.The main research work and the achievements are as follows:Firstly, the backgrounds of the informazition and the broadcasting industrymarket are described and the domestic and abroad situations of television advertisingmanagement are reviewed. In order to maintain the leadership, Hunan TV has anurgent demand for a development of advertising management system platform forHunan Satellite TV to expand advantages on both the brand and the advertisingmarket. Subsequently, the need for secure collaboration is indicated on the base ofconsiderations of net threats and secure protection. An advertising managementsystem platform based on secure collaboration is established with a detailed analysisof the system’s secure collaboration needs, business collaboration needs, and thedemands of platform functions and performances.Secondly, on the basis of the principles of system design, the securecollaborative network platform design is placed emphasis on the three aspects ofnetwork platform set-up, network security design and collaboration platform design.With the combination of database ER diagrams of each module, the basic structure ofthe database system is generated. The secure collaboration application platform isdesigned with the aid of the system security design and modular design,. Thirdly, in the implementation of the overall network platform, the constructionof secure collaboration network platform, the selection of secure production and thesecure collaboration are achieved step by step. Based on the system module, themodel is established by using the ideas of UML and the Power Designer technology.Considering the business collaboration and data security, the model is analyzed,organized, implemented, and then realized with Power Builder.At last, the combination of the "W" model and the "H" model is taken in the testmanagement process. The regression testing characteristics of the "W" model and theiterations, propulsive characteristics of "H" model are applied to test the platformsecurity and functional modules respectively. With the repeat, iteration and regressiontesting methods, the system security and the function modules perform test one by one.The testing results show that the system well meets the business needs, achieves thetarget of security and collaboration, and improves the efficiency of the advertisingbusiness.
