Satellite remote sensing has been used increasingly in Marine research, which promotes the vigorous development of the marine remote sensing science. Scatterometer and altimeter, as members of the remote sensing satellite, play an important role in detecting marine dynamic parameters. For decades, many scatterometer and altimeter have been launched. Although with different working way, they have considerable measurement accuracy, which provide a basis for common collection and corresponding processing of their data. Meanwhile, we cannot ignore their difference in spatial coverage and temporal sampling due to specific orbital parameters, this promotes us to make decisions scientifically and to make full advantages of these multisource data by combining their characteristics in a wide range of research.Based on the characteristics of the scatterometer and altimeter, the paper processes the collected data with fusion method in China Offshore, in order to get more accurate and more realistic data of ten-day and month, then analyses the distribution characteristics and time law of marine dynamic parameters in China Offshore. The paper obtains the grid data of sea surface wind speed and significant wave height that size is0.25°×0.25°by using the data of QuikScat, ASCAT, TOPEX/POSEIDON,Jason-1and Jason-2from east longitude100°~130°, north latitude0°~41°,and calculates the speed of air-sea exchange by combining sea surface temperatures. According to their difference of data storage form and format, the paper separately calculates the ten-day and monthly average data of QuikScat, ASCAT, TOPEX/POSEIDON,Jason-1and Jason-2,combining with land mask to eliminate the influence of land data, and maps the grid data with M_map,.In addition, the paper processes the ten-day and monthly average data with fusion method and maps them, and gives the steps and method. On this basis, China Offshore is divided into three area, a statistic analysis is made on the fusion data of QuikScat, ASCAT,Jason-1and Jason-2in2009,and the number of cells where wind speed exceeds10m/s is also counted. In addition, the average monthly fusion data by QuikScat, TOPEX/POSEIDON, and Jason-1from September2002to September2005and cells of wind speed over10m/s are statistically analyzed. Finally, the paper gets the ten-day and monthly average distribution of sea surface wind speed, significant wave height and air-sea exchange speed of QuikScat, ASCAT,TOPEX/POSEIDON,Jason-1,Jason-2and fusion data by different satellites in China Offshore, analyses the fusion result by different satellites, calculates monthly average distribution values of fusion data in different area and different years. Fusion data analysis shows that the distribution of sea surface wind speed, significant wave height and the air-sea exchange speed is periodic, maximum in winter and minimum in summer, transition in spring and autumn, relatively smooth in spring and summer transition, and certain fluctuation in autumn and winter transition, but presents obvious time characteristic as a whole. Omitting the factor of divided waters range, it shows that, each parameter values is relatively small in Bohai Sea and part of Yellow Sea, and big in South China Sea, where strong wind above five level is wide, and has obvious geographical characteristics.
