In recent years, the rapid developments of computer and networktechnology have brought new opportunities and new challenges for informationprotection of digital media. Various kinds of digital works can be transmittedand publication through the form of the network. The security and copyrightprotection of digital works have become an urgent problem to be solved. Digitalwatermarking technology is hidding information into the digital documents,images, video, sound and other multimedia files with the specific identified bythe method of embedding. It can be used to prove the ownership of authorsand as the strong evidence for the identification, prosecution the illegalinfringement. The digital watermarking technology is one of the research hots,because it has some advantages in copyright protection, media authenticationtechnology and other aspects.Among the many types of multimedia data, the spread and copy of digitaltext is easier than other data.Usually, it has higher value than image, soundand so on. But the researches on digital watermarking are mainly focuse onimage and video; there are few studies about the text digital watermarkcurrently. In addition, some methods of text watermarking are poor securty, thecapacity is limited. For these deficiencies and the features of the XMLdocument, this paper designs an algorithm of text digital watermarking basedon the double random variation of mark letters and comma punctuations(MCDRV) by the technologies of encryption and randomization process.This paper studies and designs an algorithm of text digital watermarkingbased on the double random variation of mark letters and comma punctuations(MCDRV). The algorithm is comprehensive two methods which are based onthe mark letters random variation (MLRV) and comma punctuations randomvariation (CPRV). In addition, it has good concealment, security andwatermark capacity by using the encryption and random processing. In orderto put the experimental results into practice, it builds a blog system which isbased on XML structural as an experimental platform. In another word, the textdigital watermarking technology based XML document can provide thetechnical basis of copyright protection for blog authors and service providers.
