As the critical part of a seeker, servomechanism is one of the core systems for pinpoint navigation, guidance, and control of guided missiles. The complexity and advanced technology of the system makes the design and research of the electromechanical device extremely difficult. Therefore, it is of great importance to solidify experience so as to insure each precise assembly.This paper offers guidance to the assembly process from several aspects, including document management, follow-up control of the assembly process, and online interaction with experts. Operating system management and database management are adopted in managing documents. These documents appear in various formats, for which streaming media playing, text to speech, PDF reading, picture browsing are employed. In the follow-up control part the assembly and checkout are carried out in sequence, but the disqualification in checkout would enable a rollback. The Server uses Metadata to generate information for each product and meanwhile records its source of supply, and this can also offer data support for the follow-up assembly. For the online trading part, the Flash technology is adopted to supply a communication platform with high definition and large widows for experts and assembly technicians. Several mainstream technologies are employed in this comprehensive system, including Flash, TTS, Struts, StreamingMedia, Sapi. SpVoice, Player. swf, Word. Application, and etc.. Using the UML modeling technology, the system developer accurately depicts the analytical model and design model so as to establish a solid foundation for the implementation of the system.This system has already been put into use and its stable and reliable operation not only brought sufficient ancillary support for teaching and production but also significantly increased the success rate and working efficiency of assembly.
