With the continuous development of science and technology, all kinds of modern science and technology products have long been filled with in our daily lives. Computers, mobile phones, mobile hard drives and other devices emerge in an endless stream. Storage and transmission of information has already changed from paper transmission to network data transmission. In the information transmission process, we always use a variety of removable storage media to transmit the required information or materials, in which U disk smaller share of its obvious advantages and more common.This thesis intends to use TF32A09FCL1security chip as a security U disk controller chip, use large-capacity NandFlash memory chip as the data storage to achieve the U disk data encryption storage, access control, security destruction and other functions to form a series of U disk data protection solution based on TF32A09FCL1security chip as the control core to effectively solve the leakage problem of U disk data. Security U disk designed in this thesis includes security chip U disk level memory chips, firmware platform, security U disk client management software. The most important research point is the Safety U disk client software. This safety U disk client software is the security U disk management tool for the user can use the security function of U disk, including identity authentication of security zone, encryption and decryption of security zone, security format of security zone, security zone destruction and so on.The security U disk designed in this thesis includes the key security and data security to effectively prevent the leakage of U disk data, which has certain research significance. The thesis content is arranged firstly introduces the TF32A09security chip and its performance. The safety U disk overall design are discussed. After it, introduce the related detailed design of security U disk client login software etc. and the most used API functions. The client management software system of security U disk implementation are described, and the paper summarizes the characteristics of security U disk software system and the overall implementation, the realization of the each step in detail drawings and specifications. Finally, this thesis summarizes the whole content based on the related topics of security U disk research and development, which has a certain contribution.
