This article from the actual situation of Dongguan City Environmental Protection Bureau, combined with the existing office automation technology, analysis and design of Dongguan City Environmental Protection Bureau Collaboration Office platform.This thesis first introduces the research background of the Dongguan Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau coordination office platform, on the use of the platform to solve the collaborative office information problems are summarized, elaborated the research significance and importance as well as the research contents and main work; elaborated the system development methods and related technologies; the proposed system design objectives, system the detailed demand analysis, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements, business process diagram, use case diagram and class diagram gives the system concept, the use case description; in the system design, system design and module design, including user management module, management module, the group the instant communication module, file sharing module, system management module, gives the structure chart of the function, module design class diagram, sequence diagram and process flow diagram, detailed design, the interface design, and use the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database structure of the database design is discussed in detail; the finally, the content of the study are summarized, the main work of my paper, points out the existing Inadequate, and the further work is prospected.
