With the reform and development of the higher education systems, the studentmanagement tasks in medical college is increasing and its complexity is also growing. In thiscase, the medical college should design a web-based efficient management system for medicalstudents, which will greatly improve the efficiency and management level. Based oncomprehensive analysis of the current situation of student information management inGuangzhou Medical College in conghua, this thesis summer up what kind of work can bereplaced through the information, and then based on these functions to be achieved, design thesystem, including system architecture, applications, and database design. Finally, implementthe software development in a variety of technology. The three above-mentioned process issoftware development needs analysis, detailed design and system development.This article uses the J2EE platform which has a three-tier MVC development framework,Struts2framework used in the presentation layer, the business layer using Hibernateframework, and then to manage Struts2Spring Framework and Hibernate. J2EE is a platform,not a specific technology, this platform can integrate a variety of techniques, using differenttechniques to complete the various functions of the platform, giving full play to theadvantages of various technologies, which is the major causes of J2EE widely used inenterprise development most. The system’s database is MySQL, applications and databases isan object-oriented approach to design and development.This paper, through J2EE, mainly achieved system management, classroom management,student reward management, graduate management and query statistics and other functionalmodules. Through these modules implementation, the platform basically cover the currentstudent’s major information. When using this system, the different roles have differentfunctions, but the operation information data is shared, which can efficiently, fast and accuratecomplete the student information management to improve student information managementefficiency, reduce human and material resources.
