Design And Implementation Of Medical Data Monitoring System Based On HL7Standard

With the vigorous development of our economy, people pay more attention to medical conditions, our government and relevant departments have focused on how to manage medical data quickly and easily. How to get physiological and physical data quickly also has become a major topic to residents. With these problems, a variety of intelligent medical systems have been studied and improved, the successfully exchange of patients’information among hospitals which has become an important task.In the view of the above, this thesis designed a medical data monitoring system based on HL7standard that allows users of the system (including patients and medical staff) to clearly access to the required information and related information for medical staff to edit and manipulate. Analysising of the medical status quo, this thesis designed and developed the medical data transmission system, and narrated the medical data monitoring system, data transmission and conversion of the functional design principles; introduced the necessary environment to achieve the system used in the programming language and set up the server environment.This thesis emphasizes on client’s implementation of the system, data transform and data transmission system’s implementation, technical points mainly involved HL7standard, AMQP and RabbitMQ framework:1. Client’s implementation of the system:through the combination of WxPython and SQL language, achieved the client calls to data and other operations.2. The data format transform of the system:through the flexible use of HL7standard, according to the self-prescribed standard format XSL file with XML data format transform. 3. The data transmission of the system of:through a standard implementation of AMQP-RabbitMQ, the data format transform before transmission, enabling the operation of the system background.Through the client and the backend server design, and implementation of data transmission, this system could achieve the various functions required by the client to meet the client and system requirements.
