The Design And Realization Of Kindergarten Information Management System

Application of information management system is the important mark ofinformationization of government, enterprises and institutions. Information managementsystem realizes office automation in kindergarten, improves management level, teachingquality and service quality for student parents. Application of information managementin kindergarten saves time effectively and labor power, clarifies various archives andaccounts and quickens management. Information management has become an effectivemanagement method of branding kindergartens, perfecting software and hardwarefacilities, enriching teaching contents, improving teacher’s teaching level andkindergarten management and is being used in kindergartens’ daily teachingmanagement.Kindergarten information management system is a comprehensive managementsystem platform which offers all-round service for kindergarten’s management andteaching. The management system has seven functional modules, including daily officesubsystem, education and teaching management subsystem, charge managementsubsystem, infant food management subsystem and so on. This system has threeobvious advantages: one, data exchange and simple operation. This system supports“Criterion of education management informationization” and realizes data exchange andsharing. Second, functional integration and low cost. The prize and maintenance cost ofthis system are far lower than other independent softwares. Third, permission flexibilityand management flexibility. The system gives different permissions according todifferent users. The principal of kindergarten, teachers, and student parents can visit theapplying functions of the authorization system through any networked computer.This thesis introduces the design of ASP.NET+SQL Server kindergartenmanagement system and exploitation which is based on Microsoft Visual Studio2008platform and the background database uses SQL Server2005. The exploitation of thissystem uses the strategy of “General planning from top to bottom and applicationdevelopment from bottom to top”. The thesis introduces the technological processes of system development, including feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, system designand code realization with catering for all kinds of users as programming idea. Thesystem has many advantages in operation convenience, paperless office, chargemanagement, dietary management etc and its’ usability and security are also obvious.This system’s function is beyond perfection due to the limited time. Functions suchas long-distance video surveillance, infant behavior surveillance etc. have not beenrealized. The expanding interface of this system is reserved for adding relevantfunctions after it is used officially in the future consequently a kindergarten informationmanagement system with convenient and quick management and comprehensivefunctions can be built.
